Processing times are currently on average 2-4 weeks for custom portrait items. If you have a specific date required for your gift, please get in touch. (This time estimate is on the understanding that all information I require to complete your order is sent in a timely manner)

UK Flat Rate of £3.95 no matter how many items ordered.

International Flat Rate Postage of £18.95 No matter how many items you order! The worldwide service is a tracked/signed service (depending on country) 

Please note any Customs or Tax fees related to importing goods into your country is the buyers responsibility.

Shipping Address: Please ensure the address you enter at the checkout is the address you wish your order to be sent to. This cannot be changed retrospectively.

Delays: Please ensure you email over any relevant photos or text required for me to complete your order in a timely manner, and respond to queries / draft approvals so as not to delay your order being completed.

Cancellations: As orders are placed they are booked into my work schedule so as such I cannot accept cancellations on orders.

Returns: Due to my work all being personalised, I am afraid I cannot accept returns. If you have any issue with your order though, please contact me straight away and I will do my best to resolve!
